With a mission to preserve environment and promote its protection EMCO Foundation conducted tree plantation drive in Municipal School premises at Thane and Jalgaon. On 6th July 2010 it was done in all 8 Secondary schools of Thane Municipal Corporation and on 26th July 2010 at 3 Schools of Jalgaon Municipal Corporation. Students, Teachers and EF Volunteers participated actively in the activity and gave very important message of environment protection and promotion for survival of human being on this planet “Earth”.

EF was launched on 26th March 08 by Mr. Nandakumar Jantre, Municipal Commissioner of Thane Municipal Corporation, Trustees of EMCO Foundation, EMCOites and volunteers of EF.

2nd phase Tree plantation at Thane commenced on 26th June 08 purely with the help of EF Volunteers, same project we have replicated in Dadra, Jalgaon, Vadodra, with the involvement of local communities.

This year we have distributed environment friendly Karanj Seed Bags as corporate Gifts.

Around 200 solar lamps are distributed to the BPL families of Jalgoan villages, where still there is no reach of Electricity.
